Hanoi University and Seitoku University’s Continuous Education System establish cooperation partnership
On April 12, 2017, delegations from Seitoku University’s Continuous Education System, leading by President Hirozumi Kawanami paid a visit to Hanoi University. Attending the meeting, there are representatives of the International Office, Vietnam – Japan Center of Cooperation and Development.
At the reception, President Hirozumi Kawanami expressed his hope of establishing a bilateral partnership with Hanoi University in terms of exchange, mobility programs, and joint training. On behalf of Hanoi University, President Nguyen Dinh Luan highly praised the suggestion of President Hirozumi Kawanami. At the meeting, the two sides, accordingly, had further discussion on a variety of potential fields.
Speaking at the meeting, President Nguyen Dinh Luan asserted that Hanoi University will continuously support Seitoku University’s Continuous Education System in disseminating training programs of Seitoku University to students and lecturers of Hanoi University.
At the end of the meeting, the two parties mutually agreed to concretize soon the potential cooperation and to sign the agreement in the near future.
Seitoku University’s Continuous Education System is established on April 1933 with the main campus based in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture. Affiliated training institutions range from pre-school to post-graduate levels and vocational training colleges. As part of this system, Seitoku University was established in 1990 and has six faculties, including Child Research, Department of Psychology and Welfare, Faculty of Literature, Faculty of Nutrition, Faculty of Nursing Medicine and Faculty of Music. In addition to its campus in Chiba, Seitoku University’s education system also builds training facilities with state-of-the-art facilities in Tokyo.
