On September 12, 2016, President of Kyoto University of Foreign Studies Yoshikazu Morita and delegations paid a visit to Hanoi University.

The meeting had the presence of President Nguyen Dinh Luan, Vice President Pham Ngoc Thach and representatives of the International Office, the Department of Vietnamese Studies, the Department of Japanese Studies and Vietnam – Japan Cooperation and Development Center.

At the reception, President Nguyen Dinh Luan hopes to better enhance the cooperation between Departments of Foreign Studies based upon the strength of the two universities in foreign language training.

Sharing with President Nguyen Dinh Luan, Mr. Yoshikazu Morita strongly believes in the long-term cooperative partnership between, suggesting specific cooperative strategies regarding student exchange and collaborative research in hospitality.
