Hanoi University and La Trobe University to expand joint training programs
On the afternoon of November 20, 2019, on the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day, the delegation of La Trobe University led by Dr Richard Speech – Vice-Chancellor of La Trobe University had a visit to Hanoi University. Assoc. Dr. Nguyen Van Trao – President of the Hanoi University expressed appreciation for welcoming the delegation on this special occasion.
At the meeting, President Nguyen Van Trao highly appreciated the results achieved in the joint training programs of Bachelor of Business, double-degree program in Marketing and Finance, and Master of Business Administration with La Trobe University. All academic programs affiliated with La Trobe University are reasonably designed, ensuring international standards and taught entirely in English to help students improve their knowledge and language skills. As a result, students who graduated from the program would have excellent English proficiency as well as high adaptability and work effectively in different environments.
La Trobe University’s MBA program ranks 14th among Asia Pacific’s top MBA programs and ranks 2nd in Melbourne and Victoria. The MBA program also earned a 5-star rating from GMAA for many consecutive years. With the achieved results, the President hopes the cooperation between the two sides to develop more and more sustainably.
Leaders of the two universities exchanged views on the enrollment plan for the joint training program for the Master’s Programme in Logistics and Supply Chain Management between Hanoi University and La Trobe University (expected to open in 2020).
